How do I create my account?

Go to Welcome! page and click on Register Now.
Create Account page is displayed.
Enter E-Mail
Enter Password
Confirm Password
Accept Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
Click Register Now
Enter your personal details and select Consultant

How do I reset my password?

Go to Welcome! page and click on Forgot Password?
Enter E-Mail
Click on SendResetLink

How do I manage my Digilex Premium?

Log in to your Digilex account.
Go to Settings and click on Subscription
Click on Digilex Premium
View your current subscription
Choose a premium plan
Click on Switch to This Plan

How do I manage my Digilex-Ad?

Log in to your Digilex account.
Go to Settings and click on Subscription
Click on Advertisement
View your current subscription
Choose your Digilex Ad Package
Click on Purchase Now

Review Upcoming, Completed and Cancelled appointments
Select an appointment and click on calendar icon

How to use in the app messaging?

Log in to your Digilex account.
After scheduling an appointment between the Client and Consultant, the profile photos of both parties will be visible in the Messages
Select your Client in the Messages and start your chat.

How do I upload a new photo?

Log in to your Digilex account

Click Edit Profile

Click on your current profile photo

Upload your new photo from Gallery or Camera

You have possibility to crop your photo and change the resolution

Click on Save&Continue
